I used to think every neutral eyeshadow looked the same—until I started paying attention to how the colors blended, how long they lasted, and whether they actually showed up on my eyelids.
After spending some time with these two affordable palettes, I realized they each have their own strengths.
1. Focallure All Moment 8 Color Palette – BR02 Lover
This palette has become one of my favorites whenever I want a complete eye look without digging through multiple products. The mix of matte and shimmer shades makes it easy to create anything from a soft daytime look to a more defined evening makeup style. I was especially impressed by how smoothly the colors blended together.
The pigmentation is buildable, so I can keep things subtle or deepen the outer corners without the shadows looking patchy.
2. SANIYE Eyeshadow 4 Color – #1
Sometimes, keeping things simple is exactly what I need. This compact palette comes with four coordinated shades, so there's no second-guessing which colors work together. The formula is easy to apply, making it beginner-friendly for quick everyday makeup. While the pigmentation isn't as bold as the Focallure palette, it still builds nicely with a couple of extra layers. I often reach for it when I want a natural eye look that takes only a few minutes to finish.
If I had to choose just one, I'd happily keep the Focallure All Moment 8 Color Palette. The wider shade range gives me more room to experiment, and the blendability makes every look come together effortlessly. That said, SANIYE is still a great option for anyone who prefers a compact palette with fuss-free shades for everyday wear.
In the end, it really depends on whether you're someone who enjoys experimenting with eye makeup or simply wants a reliable palette for quick, easy looks. Which type are you?
