Lykkers, seeing strands of hair everywhere used to stress me out. Every time I washed my hair or brushed it, I felt like I was losing way more than I should.
Since I style my hair quite often, I decided to try a few shampoos that claim to help with hair fall. These are the two that genuinely stood out to me.

1. Miss Daisy Shampoo

This is definitely the pricier option, but I was curious to see if it was worth it. After using it consistently for about two to three weeks, I noticed less hair collecting in my shower drain and on my hairbrush. The improvement wasn't dramatic overnight, but it gradually became more noticeable with regular use. I also enjoyed the pleasant scent and how clean my scalp felt after every wash. The only downside for me was that my hair became oily a little faster than I'd like.

2. Charisse Hair Booster Shampoo

This one surprised me the most. Not only did I notice less hair fall over time, but I also started seeing tiny baby hairs growing around my hairline after using it consistently. That alone made me want to keep using it. Since it's formulated without SLS, it doesn't produce a lot of foam, so I usually need several pumps to work it through my long hair.
At first, that felt a little unusual, but once I got used to it, it wasn't a problem. For me, the results were worth using a little extra product.
If reducing hair fall is your main goal, I'd happily recommend both of these. Miss Daisy gave me steady improvements and left my hair feeling clean, while Charisse impressed me with both reduced hair fall and noticeable new baby hairs. Neither shampoo worked overnight, but with a little patience and consistent use, I could definitely see the difference.
Sometimes the best hair products aren't the ones that promise instant results—they're the ones that quietly keep making your hair healthier week after week.
