These two foundations are proof that a higher price doesn’t always mean a favorite. I genuinely love both of them for different reasons.

1. NARS Foundation — $54

When the shade matched me, I loved this foundation. The finish looked so good on my skin, and it was one of those products that made me feel like my makeup just came together effortlessly. I’ve gotten a little paler recently, so unfortunately, my current NARS shade doesn’t match me anymore. That definitely hasn’t changed how much I liked the foundation when I could actually wear it, though!

2. Maybelline Foundation — $11.99

Honestly, the Maybelline foundation deserves just as much love. Even when my NARS shade matched perfectly, I still reached for my Maybelline foundation and genuinely enjoyed using it. The price makes it even easier to love. Getting a foundation I really enjoy for $11.99 feels like such a win, especially when I can get a beautiful everyday look without spending $54.

I honestly love them both. NARS is my splurge pick, while Maybelline is the affordable favorite that keeps proving you don’t always need to spend more for a foundation you’ll actually enjoy wearing. Different price points, same happy makeup girl!
