Hey Readers! Finding a moisturizer for oily skin can be tricky because I still want hydration without ending up with a heavy, greasy layer. Lightweight textures are usually much easier for me to work with, especially under sunscreen or makeup.
Two Korean moisturizers I keep coming back to are Dr.Different 113 and Dr.G R.E.D. Blemish Clear Soothing Cream. They feel different on the skin, so each has its own place in my routine.
1. Dr.Different 113 Moisturizer
Dr.Different 113 has a lightweight texture that feels comfortable on oily skin. I like using it when I want enough moisture without making my skin feel coated or overly shiny. It also works nicely during the daytime because it doesn’t feel like too much underneath other skincare and makeup. For me, it’s the kind of moisturizer that can easily become an everyday staple.
2. Dr.G R.E.D. Blemish Clear Soothing Cream
Dr.G R.E.D. Blemish Clear Soothing Cream feels especially nice when my skin needs something calming. The texture is comfortable without being overly rich, making it easy to fit into a routine for oily or combination skin. I prefer using it when my skin feels a little stressed and I want hydration without reaching for a thick cream. It leaves my skin feeling soft while still keeping the finish relatively light.
Both moisturizers work well for oily skin, but I reach for them for slightly different reasons. Dr.Different 113 is my pick for lightweight everyday moisture, while Dr.G R.E.D. Blemish Clear Soothing Cream is the one I prefer when my skin needs a more comforting step. Sometimes a good oily-skin moisturizer is simply one that hydrates without making the rest of the routine feel heavier.
