Greetings, Lykkers! Eyeshadow is one of the easiest parts of my makeup routine to switch up. Some mornings I want a quick wash of color, while other days I’ll spend a little longer blending different shades together.

Two palettes I’ve been reaching for lately are the Revlon ColorStay Day to Night Quad and SHEGLAM Just Blushed.

1. Revlon ColorStay Day to Night Eyeshadow Quad – 505 Decadent — $10.99

The Revlon quad keeps things simple with four shades in one compact. I like having a smaller palette when I don’t want to stand in front of a huge collection trying to decide what to use. The 505 Decadent shade range is easy to mix and match. I usually start with a lighter shade across the lid, then add a deeper color near the outer corner for a little definition. The formula has a powder-cream feel, and Revlon lists up to 24-hour wear for the current version.

2. SHEGLAM 9-Color Eyeshadow Palette – Just Blushed — $6.49

Just Blushed is more my choice when I want pink tones and more room to experiment. With nine shades, I can go from a simple matte lid to something with a little shimmer without reaching for another palette. I really like the combination of soft pinks, rosy shades, and neutrals. I’ll often use a matte shade through the crease, add a deeper tone close to the lash line, then tap a shimmer onto the lid. It gives me more combinations to play with while still keeping the colors easy to wear.

I’d pick Revlon 505 Decadent for a compact, no-fuss routine, while SHEGLAM Just Blushed wins when I want more shades to work with. Both have their own place in my makeup drawer, and I like having the choice depending on how much time I feel like spending on my eyes.
