Mascaras for Daily Looks!

· Fashion team
Greetings, Lykkers! A mascara can be the tiny step that makes me feel like I’ve actually finished my makeup.
Some days I want clean, lengthened lashes, while other days I’m in the mood for something darker and more dramatic. Milani and NARS give me two very different options.
1. Milani Highly Rated Lash Extensions XL Volumizing Tubing Mascara — $14.99
Milani Highly Rated Lash Extensions XL is the kind of mascara I’d grab for everyday makeup. The tubing formula is designed to wrap around the lashes, giving them a longer, more defined appearance while still keeping the look fairly neat. I like this style when I don’t want my lashes to look overly clumpy. A couple of coats can make a simple combination of blush, brows, and lip tint feel much more complete. At $14.99, it also feels like an easy one to try without spending too much.
2. NARS Notorious Mascara — $29
NARS Notorious is for a completely different kind of lash day. When I want my eyes to have more impact, a dramatic mascara like this is much more appealing than a barely-there formula. I’d pair it with softly blended eyeshadow and a little eyeliner for an evening look. Even with minimal eye makeup, fuller-looking lashes can make the whole face feel more polished. At $29, it’s the splurge of the two, but NARS is the one I’d reach for when I want the mascara to become a noticeable part of the look.
Milani feels like my easy everyday choice, especially when I want length and definition without making things complicated. NARS brings more drama and feels better suited to nights out or a more finished makeup look. Honestly, I could see myself keeping Milani in my daily bag and saving NARS for those days when I want my lashes to really stand out.
