Friends, I’ve learned that exfoliating toners can make a big difference when my skin starts looking dull, rough, or congested.
I like having options in my routine because not every formula feels the same, and some days my skin needs a gentler approach.

1. PEACH & LILY The Good Acids Pore Toner — $39

This is the one I’d reach for when I want exfoliation with a more polished feel. The formula is designed around acids that help lift away the buildup that can leave my skin looking uneven and tired. I like the idea of using it when my pores look more noticeable or my complexion needs a little refreshing. My approach is simple: cleanse first, pat my skin dry, then apply a small amount of toner with my hands or a cotton pad.

2. ANUA Azelaic Acid 3 Cica Skin Clarifying Toner — $24

When I want something focused on a calmer, clearer-looking complexion, this toner stands out to me. Azelaic acid is a popular skincare ingredient for helping improve the appearance of uneven tone and blemish-prone skin, while cica is often included in formulas aimed at keeping skin feeling comfortable. I would use this after cleansing and before serum or moisturizer. My favorite part is that it fits easily into a simple routine.

3. SOME BY MI AHA BHA PHA 30 Day Miracle Exfoliating Toner — $19

This toner is a fun pick for days when my skin feels like it needs a deeper refresh. The AHA, BHA, and PHA combination targets different types of buildup, making it appealing when texture and clogged-looking pores are my main concerns. I’d start slowly, especially if my routine already contains other exfoliating products. After cleansing, I apply the toner lightly, then follow with a hydrating serum and moisturizer. Sunscreen is especially important the next morning when using exfoliating acids.
Each toner has a slightly different personality. PEACH & LILY feels like my choice for a refined exfoliating step, ANUA suits a clarifying routine, while SOME BY MI brings a more active acid combination to the lineup. I wouldn’t use all three together. My skin usually tells me more than a complicated schedule ever could, so I’d choose one based on what it needs that week. Which one would you be most tempted to add to your routine?
