Good Day, Lykkers! I’ve started paying much more attention to my scalp because good hair days don’t begin with styling products alone.
A clean, comfortable scalp makes my whole hair routine feel better, so I like having a few products that focus on keeping it fresh and cared for. My little lineup includes a clarifying shampoo, a rice water rinse, and a scalp serum.
1. Dae Clarifying Detox Shampoo
Dae Clarifying Detox Shampoo is the product I’d reach for when my scalp feels like it needs a proper reset. I don’t want to use a clarifying shampoo every time I wash my hair, but having one available makes sense when buildup starts making my hair feel less fresh. I like using it on a wash day when I’ve been relying heavily on styling products or simply feel like my usual shampoo isn’t quite enough. A good cleanse can make my hair feel lighter and give my next products a fresh starting point.
2. Hairitage The Rice Is Right Rice Water Hair Rinse
Rice water rinses have become an interesting addition to my hair routine, and Hairitage The Rice Is Right is the one I’d like to keep around when I want to switch things up. I enjoy the extra step because it makes wash day feel more intentional. Instead of rushing through shampoo and conditioner, I get a little ritual in between. I’d rather use a rinse thoughtfully than add it every single wash without paying attention to how my hair responds.
3. Divi Scalp Serum
Divi Scalp Serum is my choice for the step that comes once washing is finished. I like the idea of having a dedicated serum for the scalp rather than treating hair care as something that only happens from the lengths down. I’d work it into my routine on a day when I have a few extra minutes, focusing on the scalp and taking my time with the application. That small massage moment is probably one of my favorite parts because it turns a quick product application into something more relaxing.
Dae gives me the clarifying step, Hairitage adds a rice water rinse to wash day, and Divi brings in a dedicated scalp serum. Each product has a different role, so the routine doesn’t feel repetitive. I don’t think healthy-looking hair requires an endless collection of products. For me, it’s more about paying attention to the scalp, keeping wash days balanced, and giving my hair care routine a little consistency. Sometimes a healthier routine starts right at the roots.
