Sunscreen trends come and go, but these two have completely taken over and for good reason.
I tested both of the most talked-about Korean sunscreens to see whether they’re actually worth adding to a daily routine. Both work especially well for combination skin and are gentle enough for acne-prone, sensitive, and even more mature skin types. Here’s my breakdown!

1. Round Lab Sunscreen

This one feels incredibly comfortable on the skin. The texture is lightweight and smooth, making daily application feel effortless instead of tedious. It absorbs well without leaving a greasy or sticky finish, which is a huge plus for humid weather. What really stands out is how calm the skin feels after applying it—no irritation, no heaviness, just soft and hydrated skin. It layers well under makeup and doesn’t clog pores, making it a great everyday option.

2. Beauty of Joseon Sunscreen

This sunscreen feels more like skincare than sun protection. It spreads easily, sinks in quickly, and gives a natural, healthy finish. There’s no white cast, no tight feeling, and no discomfort throughout the day. It’s especially friendly for acne-prone and sensitive skin, as it doesn’t trigger breakouts or redness. The formula feels nourishing while still being light enough for daily wear.
Sometimes viral products disappoint—but not this time. Both of these sunscreens deliver on protection, comfort, and skin-friendly formulas. They’re reliable, easy to use, and suitable for a wide range of skin types.
