My hair routine changes depending on how it feels that week. Sometimes I want something richer and more intensive, while on other days I prefer a leave-in product that makes everything feel easier without adding another complicated step.
These two treatments fit into those different moments quite naturally, and I like that they serve different purposes without making my routine feel overloaded.
1. Hadat Hydro Spa Hair Treatment
I tend to reach for the Hadat Hydro Spa Hair Treatment when my hair feels noticeably dry or less manageable than usual. What I like about this kind of treatment is the ritual of it: I use it when I actually have time to slow down and give my hair a little more care instead of rushing through the shower. The texture feels substantial enough to make the step feel worthwhile, but I still try not to overdo the amount. On my hair, I prefer focusing it through the lengths and ends, especially in the areas that tend to feel rougher. After rinsing, my hair feels softer and easier to work with, which is usually exactly what I want from an intensive treatment. I would not necessarily use something this rich every single wash, but I like having it around for those days when my hair feels as though it needs a reset.
2. Real Shea Protein Recharging Leave-In Treatment
The Real Shea Protein Recharging Leave-In Treatment is the one I use when I want something quicker. I usually apply it after washing, while my hair is still damp, and concentrate it through the mid-lengths and ends. I was initially a little cautious because leave-in treatments can sometimes make my hair feel coated, but I found this one easier to work with than expected. It gives me enough slip to make detangling feel less annoying and helps my hair feel more controlled once it dries. I also like that it fits naturally into days when I am styling straight afterwards, because I do not need to rinse anything out or add an extra step later.
For me, these two products work best in completely different moods. The Hadat treatment feels like my slower, more intensive option, while the Real Shea leave-in is what I reach for when I want softness and easier styling with minimal effort. Having both in the routine makes more sense to me than expecting one product to do everything.
