I've been drawn to makeup that brings warmth and radiance to my face without looking overly done. A little bronzer, strategically placed highlighter and a touch of colour can make even the simplest makeup look feel more polished.
These four products are perfect for experimenting with that soft, glowing aesthetic.
Soft Tan: A Naturally Sun-Kissed Look
The first combination is all about creating subtle warmth. The Soft Tan shade shown in the compact has a soft, peachy-beige tone that I would use to add gentle definition to my complexion. Rather than creating a dramatically sculpted look, I'd concentrate the colour around my cheekbones and blend it toward my temples for a natural, sun-kissed effect. The coordinating product beside it would complete the look, although its label isn't fully visible in the photograph. What appeals to me most about this colour is its versatility: it would pair beautifully with peach blush, pink lips and minimal eye makeup for an effortless everyday finish.
Dior Backstage Glow And Essence Baby Got Glow: The Perfect Highlighting Duo
When I want a more luminous finish, I'd combine the Dior Backstage Glow Face Palette with Essence Baby Got Glow Liquid Highlighter. The Dior palette contains four beautiful illuminating shades, ranging from a pale gold and warm peach to shimmering pink and bronze. I love the idea of using the pale gold shade on the high points of my cheekbones, adding a little pink for a fresh flush and saving the deeper bronze for extra warmth. The Essence liquid highlighter offers a different approach, with a fluid texture that can be blended into the skin for a softer, more seamless glow. I'd use it underneath the Dior powder when I want additional radiance, or wear it alone for a more understated daytime look. Together, they offer plenty of flexibility, whether I'm creating a subtle sheen or a more noticeable evening highlight.

These products complement each other particularly well because they serve different purposes. Soft Tan introduces warmth and definition, while Dior and Essence bring light and dimension to the complexion. For everyday makeup, I'd keep everything softly blended and use just a little liquid highlighter. When I want something more glamorous, I'd layer the illuminating powders over it for a brighter, more polished finish.
