A Few Steps I’d Keep

Some skincare products catch my attention because they promise everything at once, but I usually prefer formulas with a clear purpose.
These three fit into completely different stages of a routine, which makes them much easier to evaluate: one cleanses, one adds a more targeted treatment step, and one focuses on keeping the skin comfortable and moisturised.
A Fresh Start Without Overdoing It
The Perfect Balance 8:2 Matcha Hydrating Foam Cleanser looks like the kind of cleanser I would reach for when I want that properly fresh feeling without turning cleansing into the harshest step of my routine. It is labelled as a hydrating foam cleanser, and that combination immediately appeals to me because I like a cleanser that foams enough to feel satisfying but still leaves my skin feeling comfortable afterwards.
I would use it as my water-based cleansing step, especially in the evening after removing makeup or sunscreen. A small amount worked into damp skin is usually all I want from this type of formula. If your skin often feels tight immediately after washing, I would still pay close attention to how it behaves after the first few uses rather than assuming every foaming cleanser will suit you.
When My Evening Routine Gets Serious
Anua Collagen Retinol Refining Gua Sha Cream is definitely the most interesting product of the three for me. The combination of a cream with retinol and an integrated gua sha-style applicator makes it feel more like a complete evening ritual than just another moisturiser.
I would personally introduce this one gradually rather than using it every night from day one. Retinol is an ingredient I prefer to build up slowly, especially when I am already using exfoliating products elsewhere in my routine. The massage applicator is a lovely extra for the jawline and neck because it turns application into something a little more intentional.
For me, this would be an evening product, followed by sunscreen the next morning as usual.
The Comfort Step I Always Need
Aestura Atobarrier 365 Cream is the one I would probably use most consistently. The packaging specifically positions it as a moisturising cream for dry and sensitive skin, which is exactly the kind of straightforward product I appreciate when my skin feels stressed, dry or simply tired of too many active ingredients.
I would use it as the final step of my evening routine, or in the morning when I need something more substantial under sunscreen. I especially like keeping this kind of barrier-focused cream around when I am using retinol, because having one dependable moisturiser makes the rest of the routine much easier to manage.
My Final Take
I actually like this trio because the products do not compete with one another. The cleanser keeps the first step simple, the retinol cream adds targeted evening care, and the richer moisturiser gives the routine a comfortable finish. If I were building a routine around them, I would keep everything else minimal and introduce the retinol slowly rather than adding several strong actives at the same time.
